Dr. Linda Backman (psychologist and soul regression therapist) and best-selling author of Bringing Your Soul to Light: Healing Through Past Lives and the Time Between, will be speaking and signing books at the Old Town Center for the Arts on Thursday evening, March 18 from 7-9 PM. Dr. Backman’s presentation, “Bringing Your Soul to Light”, will discuss her new book and what we learn through soul regressions. Attend this presentation to discover more of the meaning in your present life, what we learn about ourselves through soul regression, and how each experience we have contains purpose.
Dr. Linda Backman, Licensed Psychologist, has been in private practice for thirty years. Linda's degrees come from the University of Oregon, University of North Carolina, and Northern Arizona University. In addition, Linda has received training in numerous traditional and non-traditional techniques including hypnotherapy, Life Between Lives Spiritual Regression Therapy, past life regression therapy, and shamanic soul retrieval. Linda has presented on numerous topics nationally and internationally, and has hosted a radio talk show, Healing Perspectives. Guests on this program focused on both traditional and non-traditional healing of the mind, body, and spirit.
Dr. Backman says, “Your soul, with the loving support and direction of your spiritual guides, created a life plan before you stepped into your present body at birth.” She goes on to ask the questions, “ How do you determine the key reasons you are living your life today, and how are they tied to your past lives? As you journey through your life with the intention of your plan, how do you contribute to the development of the New Humanity?
These questions and more will be discussed in Dr. Backman’s lecture/presentation, with an opportunity for the audience to ask additional questions. Participants will gain an understanding of why it is important to look at past lives, how past lives profoundly impact our lives today, how we can delete the trauma we sometimes carry from past life experiences, and how understanding our soul purpose assists us in coping with the many stresses we encounter during an incarnation.
Linda's research is based on the thousands of past life and ‘between lives’ soul regressions she has conducted over the past 15 years. Her presentation will offer attendees a glimpse of what the spirit world looks like, again based on what regressed clients tell her.

Dr. Backman’s Thursday night presentation provides an introduction to the deeper experiential all-day workshop being conducted on Saturday, March 20 at the Sedona Creative Life Center. She will also be available for a limited number of private sessions on Sunday, March 21 and Monday, March 22.
