An open group for adults 18 to 118, CUL Members and open to the public to practice “Living in Fearless Energy.” We come together in a safe place to do deeper spiritual work, no matter what you beliefs are, and practice community building with insightful, fun and fearless exercises!

In this energetic and active class for ages 5-12, we develop body awareness, rhythm, strength and confidence through dance, games, and stretching. We use our imagination, tell stories, and practice tuning in with our bodies. Come play and get to know your dance! Learn to dance while enjoying the music and rhythms of yesterday and today. Styles: Fox Trot, Waltz, Rumba, Cha Cha, Ballroom Tango, Country Western dances, and more.
These are short courses, taught for people who have dance experience, or are brand new to partner dancing. A warm and welcoming atmosphere.
