Free Classes at Old Town Center for the Arts, Studio B

Try a Free Class and Celebrate the Art of Movement

The Old Town Center for the Arts is pleased to announce a day of free classes to celebrate the art of movement, dance, yoga and drumming.

The daylong celebration and free movement classes will take place on Saturday, November 14th, beginning at 10 AM, to coincide with the ‘Walkin’ On Main’ event that is happening in Old Town. The second annual ‘Walkin’ on Main’ features live music, wine tasting, arts exhibits, and more. Classes will be scheduled throughout the day in Studio B at Old Town Center for the Arts located at 633 North 5th Street, at the corner of 5th and Main in Old Town Cottonwood.

The celebration is designed to give community residents an opportunity to explore the arts of movement, and to possibly relieve some of the stress of the season. Whether you have aspirations of performing, or just want to get in better shape, there are some great choices for you. And if you’re in to yoga or want to see what all the stretching is about, come experience one of the oldest forms of movement.

Classes offered at Studio B will include: Jazz Dance, Kid’s Yoga, Traditional West African Drumming, and Chi Mind & Movement.
